Duration
i. All Full-time Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Programmes last for one Academic Session of two Semesters with three months Industrial Attachment, where necessary.
ii. All Full-time Masters degree programmes last for a minimum period of four semesters and a maximum period of six semesters while Part-Time programmes last for a minimum period of six Semesters and a maximum period of eight Semesters.
iii. All Full-time Doctoral Programmes last for a minimum period of six Semesters and a maximum period of ten Semesters while Part-Time Programmes last for a minimum period of eight Semesters and a maximum period of twelve Semesters.
Eligibility
a. To qualify for admission in the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Programme, candidate should be a graduate of the University of Uyo, or any other University recognized by the Senate of the University of Uyo, or a person who holds a qualification adjudged by the Senate of the University of Uyo to be equivalent to a First Degree, or a holder of a recognized Higher National Diploma.
b. To qualify for admission to a Masters Degree Programme, the candidate shall be a graduate or other persons defined under (a) above, with not less than a Second Class Honours Degree in the Lower Division with; (i) a CGPA of 2.75 on a five-point scale, (ii) a CGPA of 2.2 points on a 4 points scale and (iii) a Second Class lower division (irrespective of CGPA) for the Masters Programme in Architecture or a 3 Class honours degree with Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in relevant discipline.
c. A holder of a recognized Postgraduate Diploma in relevant field not below Upper credit level in addition to (b) above.
d. A candidate for admission to a Doctoral Degree Programme shall be a graduate of the University of Uyo or any other University recognised by the Senate of the University of Uyo, who Possesses a Masters Degree with dissertation and a course work average, which shall not be less than 60%(B),

Note: In addition to other qualifications, candidates will be required to have Credit pass at 0' Level in 5 relevant subjects including
