Job Title: Digital Marketing / Graphics Design Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• We seek a dynamic professional to join our team in the dual role of Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer. Based in Victoria Island, Lagos, this individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in graphic design and digital marketing, using their skills to create visually captivating content that resonates with our target audience.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Drive traffic to company pages to maintain a strong online presence.
• Design and oversee digital marketing channels, including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Publish digital marketing content online and measure its effectiveness.
• Develop engaging online content, including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other strategies.
• Produce regular digital dashboards to report progress against set KPIs.
• Utilize content management systems effectively.
• Study design briefs, determine requirements, and schedule projects within budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software.
• Collaborate with the product team to finalize designs.
• Test graphics across various media and make amendments based on feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with our brand.
• Determine content strategies to reach customers effectively.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A First Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Completion of NYSC.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven graphic designing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or graphics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and design software/technologies (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 - 150,000 / month.
