Job Title: Project Engineer

Location:  Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Project Planning:

• Develop project plans outlining the scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create schedules and timelines for project completion.
• Identify and allocate resources needed for project success.

Project Execution:

• Lead project teams in the implementation of project plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments or teams involved in the project.
• Ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project compliance.
• Address and resolve any issues related to project quality.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proactively manage and address issues that may impact project success.

Communication:

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to project teams and management.
• Address concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.

Technical Expertise:

• Apply technical knowledge and engineering principles to project tasks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are met

Requrements

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience and be COREN certified.
• Have storng technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant engineering software.
• Have proven experience in projecte ngineering or management.
• Have excellent leadership and communication skills.
