Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To lead and manage the development, implementation, and delivery of technology, infrastructure, analytics, and e-security strategy and processes in line with the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Job  Responsibilities
Infrastructure:

• Lead and manage the current IT Infrastructure Landscape proactively with minimal downtime.
• Be responsible for the IT Infrastructure consisting of Servers, Network, Telephone, VC and IM systems, Desktops, BCP/DR planning, and Software Asset Management
• Manage projects that include setting up of IT Infrastructure at new facilities, enhancements in the existing IT Infrastructure, and its maintenance.
• Ensure Security compliance for the safety of the infrastructure by implementing world-class security controls.
• Ensure a robust system of backup strategy for all critical data.

Application System:

• Lead and manage the current Application Landscape proactively with minimal downtime and drive changes ahead of business needs and can provide solutions ahead of business needs.
• Prepare the functional specification for the internal system changes and report modification as required and for the new report requirement.
• Providing Technical and Functional Application Support to users.
• Manage the project activities for all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for a new ERP.
• Ensure availability of Business Application Systems with proactive management of downtimes; Drive new projects IOT RPA etc.

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech
• 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT (including Capacity & Infrastructure) issues & ability to manage OS/IT/EUS teams (End User Support)
• Experience in managing & implementing ERP systems
• Understanding of business processes;Basic Functional Knowledge in areas of Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Financial Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload; Able to work under tight deadlines.
