We seek an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, establishing as well as growing client relationships.
S/he will coordinate sales activities, conversion of prospects, optimization of existing relationships, and maintaining service excellence
Establish and execute a portfolio sales plan to ensure that revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators are met
Lead and managed a team of sales representatives
Train and motivate sales representatives
Develop and expand the business for new and existing products
Lead, manage, and execute the sales process using consultative sales techniques as appropriate
Respond to Requests for Proposals (i.e., evaluate the RFP, make ‘go/no-go decisions, define the proposed solution, co-ordinate and write the responses, complete the final proposal submission, pitch, execute/implement with relevant team members, and close)
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
Other sales-related duties as required from time-to-time
Establish strong working relationships with Product Management and Content Teams
Develop a practical understanding of Product Offering
Update Product and Content Management on client needs and opportunities, as well as market pricing and trends
Job Description
Identify opportunities, onboard, and develop relationships with prospective clients
Set and drive the delivery of sales targets and execute strategies geared towards acquisition and maintenance of client base
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
Be part of a sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments within the company complying with company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, banking, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Experience in financial institutions is a plus)
Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the education and career consultancy industry is an added advantage
Must-Have Competencies:
Results-oriented with a drive to meet the set targets
Knowledge of bank operations, products, and regulations
Practical communication skills and customer care management
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong work ethic, honesty, and high integrity
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
