We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer (Entry Level)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations.
• You will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who is looking to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews etc.
• Assist in coordinating and facilitating of onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth and positive experience.
• Support HR initiatives and strategies such as employee engagement activities, performance management, training programmes etc.
• Respond to employees’ inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations activities and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Any other duties as may be required by the HR Manager.
• Male is preferred for gender balance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resources or any related field
• Must have passion for Human Resource Management.
• Previous experience (0 - 1 year OR Internship) in the HR space will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Student Member of CIPM or any HR professional examination will be an added advantage.
• Ability to learn fast and work with a team.
• Preferably male.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
