Job Title: Head of Administration

Requirements

• Must possess HND/ B.Sc. Mechanical/Structural/Electrical Engineering qualification
• Must be able to provide technical and hands-on support for facility maintenance
• Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge and practical know-howof building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures and policies for the efficency of the unit
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing facility-related challenges.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, procurement, and contract administration and event planning.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes pertaining to facility management.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail
