We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: State Supervisor

Location: Kaduna
Job Type: Full Time

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a state supervisor for our Kaduna operations.
  • The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing our sales activity in the region, ensuring the effective execution of our strategies, and contributing to the growth of Haier Thermocool.

key Responsibilities
Sales leadership:

  • Provide effective leadership to the sales team in Kaduna driving performance and achieving set targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure revenue growth.
  • Actively recurit new micro-enterprises while keeping cordial relationships with existing mico enterprises.
  • Take Regular stock inventory to ensure no stock loss. 

Team management:

  • Train sales representatives to optimize performance and Foster a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities,trends and challenges in Kaduna region.
  • Utilize market insight to develop targeted sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-resolution
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance,market trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably 3-5 years in a similar role within the Home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Kaduna market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent Leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
