Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Social Media Officer)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
• Utilize SEO techniques to enhance website rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Create and curate compelling content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and grow social media presence, fostering engagement and community building.
• Implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of online marketing channels.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
