Job Title: Strategy / Operations Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

• Experience presenting quantitative analysis effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders ranging from founders to investors and experts.
• Understand 'blue-sky' potential and employ effective strategy articulation methodologies.
• Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Strategy / Operation Manager preferably from top strategy houses or Big Four firms.
• Working appreciation of CCA's focus sectors and a track record of leading/managing complex projects.
• Industry experience in leading FMCG/real sector companies, demonstrating responsibility for budget delivery and team leadership.
• Alternatively experience in operations teams of reputable PE/Venture/Investment funds or Prior Ops experience in PE/Africa-focused investment funds.
