We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media and Sales Marketer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business web page and all Social Media platforms
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic on our social medias
  • Attend promptly to customer inquiries and questions
  • Hosting Training for Prospective Clients by Marketing the Companies Value to them.
  • Engage the social media platform followers
  • Actively engage customers to stimulate interest and promote sales.
  • Develop and Implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Share relevant and engaging content on various social media platforms, blogs and marketing collateral ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Execute Social media campaigns and analyse performance metrics to optimise results.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and comments on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas for promotions and campaigns to boost audience engagement.
  • Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts, and sales events.
  • Utilise social media platforms to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Sales/ Marketing or any related Field.
  • Experience level: Senior level
  • Experience length: 4Years.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years work experience in Sales and Social Media Marketing
  • Must have a workable LAPTOP (very essential).
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging for different platforms
  • Familiarity with sales processes, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative content and engagement strategies
  • Ability to analyse social media metrics and make informed decisions
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a detailed social media calendar
  • An eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant industry trends.
