Requirements
Experience and Educational Requirements: The following qualifications and experiences are deemed essential:

• BSc / BA Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of solid post-qualification experience in the field after the NYSC
• The ideal candidate must have acquired the minimum experience for consideration as a Store-Keeper, the possession of professional qualifications and membership of a recognized association in the relevant field shall be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English language with excellent oral and writing skills; ability to draft documents on short notice with evidence of exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Excellent computer knowledge and skills with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and use of inventory technologies.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in the manufacturing, production, and distribution industry.

Others:
The preferred candidate, irrespective of gender, should be a dedicated and experienced personnel, capable of managing inventory and overseeing store maintenance on a full-time basis.

• The ideal individual must exhibit strong multitasking abilities, be organized, possess a keen learning aptitude, demonstrate robust organizational skills, and maintain a high level of attention to detail while upholding a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

• Learning and knowledge sharing: Be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain proper inventory records by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received; verify, update, and reconcile inventory information; perform a physical inventory of the warehouse and reconcile records promptly; determine proper floor and shelf location for supplies; ensures hazardous materials are stored safely.
• Teamwork: The ideal candidate should promote collaboration and facilitate teamwork among colleagues and external service providers. Should have a tactful approach and work with integrity, honesty, and respect for others. The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Results-oriented: The ideal candidate should have a high level of self-motivation, set high standards, and be capable of multi-tasking. Should maintain a balance between analysis and doing. Carry out any additional tasks that management or supervisors may designate.
• Organization and planning: The ideal candidate should accept and send both incoming and outgoing deliveries of all material and goods to the appropriate storage location and ensure issuance and receipts, within the store's operational region.
• Monitor and collect inventory regularly to create orders based on levels or demands.
• Keep clear and organized records to guarantee that all reports and invoices are correctly filed and preserved. Check Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all materials and products to guarantee an adequate level.
• Leadership: The ideal candidate should support and encourage performance by motivating individuals and teams to achieve high performance.
• Should clearly define goals and strategies for the company and effectively communicate same appropriately. Maintain the cleanliness of all locations, keeping storage rooms neat and orderly and strictly adhering to hygienic standards.
