Job Summary

• This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong business development background, capable of identifying new opportunities, establishing partnerships, and ensuring the growth of our agency banking portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of agency banking products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, specifications, and user experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and stay ahead of competitors.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations for the expansion of agency banking services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and potential agents.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to inform product development and market positioning.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling materials and campaigns that promote agency banking products.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure effective product promotion and client engagement.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and performance of agency banking products.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to make informed recommendations for product improvements.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting agency banking products.
• Ensure that all products and services comply with relevant industry regulations.

Basic Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Sales / Business Admin, any other relevant courses
• 4 - 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in Agency banking market/ loan & financial sector/Platform business and Payment Platform industry.
• Must have successfully handled, lead, delivered excellent and workingagency banking POS and applications
  Technical background, with experience in payment platform/ Agency Banking solutions
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving, Excellent Organization & teamwork skills
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy & efficiency.
