Job Title: Hospital Digital Marketer

Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the hospital.
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Optimize the hospital's website for user experience and search engine visibility.
Coordinate online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain patients.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback from patients.
Build and nurture relationships with the hospital's online community.
Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the hospital's online visibility and rankings in search engine results.
Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compliant representation of medical information in digital content.
Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to patient inquiries and comments on social media and other digital platforms.
Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to digital marketing activities.
Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns for specific medical services or departments within the hospital.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for digital growth.
Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative digital content.
Implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential patients and convert leads into appointments or engagements.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of digital assets and patient data.
Education and Qualification
Degree in Business Administration/Management / Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
At least 3 years of marketing experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a hospital.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
