QEFAS Prep School is seeking a dedicated and versatile Executive Assistant to support ourdynamic educational environment. The ideal candidate will be a central figure in the smooth operation of our school, embodying reliability, technical proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role demands a high degree of commitment, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to various operational, technical, a administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support: Ensure the school's daily operational needs are met by opening classrooms each morning and securing the premises at the end of the day. Your punctuality and reliability in managing these tasks are crucial for the seamless functioning of our educational activities.
Content Management: Utilize WordPress or similar CMS platforms to upload and manage educational content, ensuring that materials are current, accessible, and effectively organized.
Attendance Management: Oversee and manage teacher attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking of time and presence to maintain a consistent teaching schedule.
Teacher Support and Feedback: Act as a liaison between the administration and teaching staff, providing timely feedback and support to teachers to foster an environment of continuous improvement and excellence in education.
Student Assistance: Assist students with navigating the Learning Management System (LMS), addressing technical or payment issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience.
External Liaison: Communicate with external entities such as government bodies, suppliers, and other stakeholders on matters of importance to the school, ensuring that relationships are maintained, and school interests are represented.
Marketing and Communication: Support marketing initiatives by managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and promoting school events to build community engagement and school visibility.
Event Documentation: Capture significant school events through photography, contributing to the school's promotional materials and online presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability in attendance and commitment to the school’s operational needs.
Creative and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong ability to provide constructive feedback.
Experience with social media management and basic digital marketing strategies.
Basic photography skills and the ability to capture events for promotional purposes.

Residency near the school's location, or a willingness to relocate, to reduce transportation expenses.
Salary / Compensation
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
