Job Description

• We are looking for a business development executive specilaized in training portfolio development. To expand our business/clientele. He/she will also follow up with/deploy training to our existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on training proposals and business with both old and new clients.
• Coordinate training deployment.
• Write winning proposals and develop a training calendar.
• Conduct a quarterly survey to identify clients' needs.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the management.
• Identify customer needs and challenges.
• Establish new business relationships within the market.
• Deepen existing client base.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Research and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Organize and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Develop & and maintain a credible up to date database of clients and prospects.
• Sales planning & Closing skills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a good First Degree
• 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience (Industry experience preferably)
• Candidate mustbe Tech – Inclined
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills: motivated, energetic, flexible, motivated, collegial with a can-do attitude
• Strong presentation skills
• MBA or a master's degree is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
