Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Managing social media accounts which includes monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews on all social media platforms
• Analyzing and reporting such as tracking and analyzing social media metrics, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Staying updated on industry trends
• Engaging with influencers and brand advocates
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Community management: Building and nurturing online communities by creating and participating in discussions, organizing events, and facilitating user-generated content.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
