Job Title: Managing Director (MD) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Nigeria (Remote work available)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the company's overall growth and profitability in the telecommunications sector.
• Develop and execute business plans and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
• Lead and mentor senior management teams to ensure effective implementation of business strategies.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing telecom businesses.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to drive innovation and change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Age Group: 45 to 60 years

Salary
USD50,000 - USD100,000 Annually.
