Job Description

• We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service / Sales Officer to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging your strong sales skills to drive revenue and promote our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our services, pricing structures, and immigration processes to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic outreach efforts and persistent follow-up techniques.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and consultations with potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services and addressing their unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Utilize advanced CRM software and sales analytics tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales processes.
• Consistently surpass sales targets and performance metrics established by management, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and revenue-generating capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in customer service and sales roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and close deals.
• Strong sales aptitude and a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools, with a knack for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance sales performance.
• A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to deliver unparalleled service and support to clients.
• Knowledge of immigration and visa processes is advantageous but not required.

Salary

• N150,000 monthly.
