Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as an In-store Retail Sales Representative.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to drive sales within a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of the products offered.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product updates.
• Provide regular feedback on sales performance and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing sales reports as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
• Process customer transactions accurately using business applications.​
• Physical strength and the ability to lift a specified amount of weight.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basicmathskillsandfamiliaritywithinventoryandaccountingapplications.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
