Job Title: Head of FINCON

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Responsible for checking of account opening forms to make sure that all accounts opening documentations requirements (as contained in account opening package) are in place for all type of account.
• Responsible for authorizing of all accounts opened on the system.
• Ensure checking of all correspondent banks for new customers’ deposits/loan repayment and posting of such deposits into customers account after a proper documentary evidence of such deposits.
• Responsible for the preparation of cash/bank balances on daily basis.
• Ensure proper analysis of cash utilization on daily basis.
• Responsible for the authorizing all transactions (both cash and non-cash) within limit.
• Ensure confirmation of third party cheque in line with customer mandate.
• Responsible for daily vault balancing and ensuring compliance with insurance vault limit.
• Responsible for checking and signing of all the tellers till books after confirming the physical cash, ledger balance and the vouchers.
• Ensure all withdrawals are authorized before payments are effected.
• Ensure authorization of all branches transaction on daily basis via the system.
• Responsible for coordinating of all the operational activities on daily basis.
• Ensure preparation of relevant schedules on regular basis.
• Reconciliation of transfer done
• Submission of Report to NFIU.

Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals

• Speedy and diligent authorization of accounts opened.
• Regular report of cash utilization on daily basis.
• Regular funding of all payment platforms for fund transfer
• Regular approval of transactions posted
• 20% contribution of other income to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 6 - 8 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N550,000 Monthly.
