Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with Ms word, Exxcel, Power Point software/tool.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
