We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Officer

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Contacting borrowers to discuss overdue payments and arrange for repayment plans.
• Tracking and monitoring loan accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Negotiating with borrowers to resolve payment issues and prevent default.
• Documenting all collection activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with other departments to address customer concerns and improve collection processes.
• Providing regular updates to management on collection efforts and progress.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in loan collection or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary
N65,000 - N85,000 / month.
