We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Quality Control

Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall quality control of the products which include RM, FG, and WIP.
• All the RM need to be checked before inward in stores.
• All the products need to be approved before being shifted to FG.
• A time-bound periodical online QC inspection is to be done for every machine and process.
• WIP material is to be approved before it's been sent for conversion.
• The shelf life of the products FG & RM to be traced and maintained or revalidated.
• Specification sheet to be drawn for all the products.
• All Audit records are to be maintained for Traceability.
• Approval for the printing matter to be done online as WIP stock.
• In case of material complaints, CAPA is to be raised and a record is to be maintained.
• In case of any RM quality issue documents need to be raised and passed over to the Head of Purchase with all details for further processing.
• Calibration of all lab equipment needs to be done on time and records to be maintained.
• Report to be raised for competitor sample analysis and comparison with own product.
• To Audit vendor production and assessment.
• To attain customer complaints in case it's required and approved by MD.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: minimum of Master's / Graduate Degree in Science
• Min experience as QC Head for 10-15 years
• Manpower management skills are needed
• Preferred Company: Flexible packaging/Film extrusion/ Paper converting / self-adhesive tape manufacturing companies.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 / month.
