ProjectSALT Nigeria - Our client whose head office is in Victoria Island, Lagos state, is involved in the provision of Telecommunications Solutions, Marine Electronics and Navigational Aids, Security Solutions, Instrumentation and Automation, Electrical Power Systems and Project Engineering Design, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) in Nigeria and other parts of Gulf of Guinea.

Job Title: Technical Training Executive - Oil and Gas

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Our client is looking to hire a Technical Training Executive to manage their recently completed Training Centre which will be focused on meeting technical skills in the Oil and Gas industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Create (and update continuously) a catalog of courses using both In-House and external sources to meet Industry training needs. Areas of coverage will include-
• Industry challenges
• Opportunity for improvement on existing solutions-
• Facility management
• Instrumentation and control systems
• Safety
• Software development
• System Networking & Infrastructure
• Project Management
• Electricals
• Mechanicals
• Pre-emptive leading solutions
• Manage the execution of the courses
• Conduct Skill gap analysis
• Prepare Training Evaluation, Reports & Recommendations
• Ensure that all training courses are targeted at developing solutions for industry and socio-economic needs
• Provide Blended Training (online and classroom)

HSSE:

• Active participation and enforcement of HSSE Project objectives and directives.
• Participate in the Company HSSE management system (plans, procedures and specifications).

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree.
• 8 years' work experience in an Oil and Gas environment.
• Experience in a similar role
• Relevant Certifications

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
