Job Title: Telecom Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Project Scope Management Delivery: Ensure clear definition, understanding, and alignment of project scope among stakeholders and successfully deliver project outcomes within agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on deliverables.
• Facilitate timely resolution of issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution to maintain progress and momentum.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders through proactive engagement and effective communication.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes in scope or timeline to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
• Recommendation of Resource Allocation and Optimization: Recommend to supervisor project resources requirements and allocation, including personnel, budget, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Continuously monitor resource utilization and recommend required adjustment allocation as needed to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance and SLA Adherence:Solicit feedback from customers (within the division and other divisions) and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall satisfaction with project outcomes.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

• Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field with at least 5 years experience
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) SCRUM or any other related Certification
• Good Communication Skills
• Analytical and Creative Thinking Skills
• Coordination Skills
• Complex Problem-solving Skills

Salary
N380,000 / Month.
