Job Description

• Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented cashier/inventory executive.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Discuss prices and payment options with patient.
• Confirm payments and create electronic receipts.
• Answer phone calls effectively.
• Ensure all products and resources required to meet the needs of our patients and to run the facility are always available in stock.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Ensure that inventory is properly stocked, labeled, and organized.
• Receive and verify inventory deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.

Requirements
To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or it’s equivalent.
• Post NYSC proven experience as a cashier, accountant, inventory executive or related role.
• Ability to work 5 days in a week including Saturdays.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking skills and high emotional intelligence skills.
• Proven organization management skills with meticulous attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application (Words, Excel, Power point etc).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing and customer care is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / month.
