Role Description

• The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing inventory levels and merchandising, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer complaints.
• The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff, providing guidance and support, and conducting staff training.
• We are seeking a highly experienced Store Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the store.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage stock rotation.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve overall store profitability.
• Ensures orderly storage of incoming goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Communicates results of inventory reviews to operations manager; collaborates with Warehouse officer to schedule future shipments.
• Ensures smooth store flow, orderliness, and cleanliness
• Creates a positive store image through adherence to company policies and standards
• Report all safety, production, and inventory issues to management and find ways to prevent a reoccurrence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail store with a minimum of 2 - 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Supervisory Skills and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
