The Push Consulting - Our client, a Real Estate company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Description

• Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Scope

• Standardize the materials used for projects.
• Approve (in liaison with external Consultants where applicable) the materials for the work (sample room)
• Inspect and sign off the installation of work overall projects. This will be done through sign-off sheets handed to the Site Managers and the approval of a sample apartment on each project.
• Coordinate all testing and commissioning of site facilities
• Invite relevant Consultants for approvals and coordinate the process.
• Attend weekly & monthly site management meetings.
• Provide monthly reports across all projects.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. A Master's Degree in any related course will be an added advantage.
• NSE, COREN, IEEE, professional qualification is required and additional related qualifications will be a definite added advantage
• At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role in the Construction industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft suites.
• Must be familiar with Local and International building standards.
• Must be able to Speak and write the English Language Fluently.
• Must be a team player and a time manager with limited resources and Human Capital.
• Must be articulate in interfacing with Contractors and various clients.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess good working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the Real Estate industry.
• Must possess good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement.
• Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
