Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field with 2-4 years experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
