Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

• The accountants are responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• These roles require attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of financial reports
• Timeliness of financial reporting
• Days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Accounts payable turnover
• Tax compliance rating
• Audit findings and resolution time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
