We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Coding Tutor

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery:

• Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to teach coding concepts and techniques.
• Create a structured learning environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and levels of expertise.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, resources, and tools to enhance the learning experience.

Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with educational experts to develop or refine coding curricula and instructional materials.
• Design lesson plans, exercises, and projects that align with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in coding education.

Individualized Support:

• Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals of each student to tailor instruction accordingly.
• Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

Technical Assistance:

• Assist students in troubleshooting coding errors, debugging programs, and understanding complex concepts.
• Demonstrate coding techniques, strategies, and best practices through hands-on examples and demonstrations.
• Offer guidance on selecting appropriate programming languages, tools, and frameworks for specific projects or applications.

Mentorship and Motivation:

• Serve as a mentor and role model for aspiring coders, fostering a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through coding challenges, projects, and competitions.
• Inspire confidence and self-efficacy in students by celebrating their achievements and milestones.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / month.
