Job Title: Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and machinery in the fertilizer production process.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components such as motors, transformers, generators, and control systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operation of the facility and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
