Description

• Do you have a passion for connecting people with delicious, authentic food? Are you a natural at building relationships and promoting local products?
• If so, we're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Traditional Marketers to join our team! We're on a mission to bring the goodness of cassava products to supermarket shelves across the region, and we need your expertise to make it happen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket buyers and decision-makers.
• Develop and present compelling sales pitches, highlighting the unique benefits of our cassava products.
• Secure prime shelf space for our products within supermarkets.
• Oversee product demonstrations and tastings to generate customer interest.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, staying ahead of the curve.
• Track sales performance and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in traditional marketing or FMCG sales.
• Proven track record of successfully establishing new products in supermarkets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and consumer preferences.
• Passion for promoting local agriculture and traditional food products.
