Valid Crown Digital Collage, an esteemed educational institution situated at Sabon-Gari, Bwari Abuja Nigeria, is actively seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to become part of our team. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: History Teacher

Location: Bwari, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and projects, and provide timely feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and discussion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the history curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in history education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in History, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or license
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of historical content and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
• Passion for education and child development
