Job Description

• Our client urgently requires the services of an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join her team.
• As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's human capital needs. This position involves managing various HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• The successful candidate will contribute to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and overall HR strategy.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 4-5 years Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with diverse recruitment strategies and talent acquisition methods.
• Must reside on the Island for proximity.

Salary
N300,000.00 Monthly (gross).
