• We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Facebook Ads Management:

• Lead a team to strategize, create, and oversee Facebook ad campaigns.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with the GM to ensure all ads align with the brand's vision and goals.
• Manage a team responsible for copywriting, image design, and video creation.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels, procurement, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Record daily sales, transload, and inventory books to minimize stockouts and fraud.
• Improve overall efficiency in inventory management and logistics.

E-commerce Order Closer/ Customer Service:

• Lead the e-commerce order closure team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders and customer care on social media platforms.
• Streamline order fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Post on Instagram and Facebook pages and reply to comments and messages.

Expenses Tracking and Logistics:

• Develop and maintain a system for tracking expenses related to advertising, inventory, and logistics.
• Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency in product delivery.
• Track all expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Facebook ads management and inventory control software.
