Job Description

• The role will be responsible for operating and maintaining of Tablet Compression Machine, equipment used to compress granules into tablets to produce pharmaceutical products

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting tablet compression machines according to product specifications
• Monitoring machinery during operation to ensure tablets are formed correctly and meet quality standards
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the compression process
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and keeping work area clean and organized
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulations to ensure product safety and quality
• Documenting production activities and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with other production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• OND or O'Level
• Prior experience operating tablet compression equipment in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing practice (GMP) guidelines and other relevant regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
