Job Title: Head Spa Therapist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

• As the Head Spa Therapist, you will lead our spa team in delivering exceptional treatments and services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction
• You will oversee daily operations, mentor and train staff, and contribute to the development of innovative spa offerings.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services.
• Lead by example, providing exceptional service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with management to develop spa menus, promotions, and packages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in spa therapies.
• Uphold the clinic's values of luxury, excellence, and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Proven experience working in a luxury spa environment, with leadership experience for the Head Spa Therapist role.
• Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in a range of spa treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and promoting wellness
• Must minimum of 2 years experience in working in a spa.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
