Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

• Conduct Market research and Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.Develop and implement marketing strategies for insurance products.
• Generate leads through various channels, optimizing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set and achieve sales targets within deadlines.
• Coordinate with departments for a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Analyze sales data for trends and informed decision-making.
• Train and develop the sales team, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or related field.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of proven experience as a sales representative within the insurance or banking industry.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
• Proven track of successful sales record.
