Job Description

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTokand Facebook.
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful campaigns and generating engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagementand conversion.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive results.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Generate new ideas and approaches for marketing campaigns, experimenting with different strategies and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on campaign performance and insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing successful social media campaigns, particularly on Instagram, TikTokand Facebook.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality visual content using design tools or editing software.
• Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of media marketing planning processes and strategies.
• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to brainstorm and present innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest social media trends and platforms.
• Availability to work part-time on a contract basis.
• Willingness to be compensated based on performance.
