Job Description

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop audit programs and procedures to ensure thorough coverage of audit objectives.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure audits remain relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industry.
• Strong understanding of internal control concepts, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
