Description 

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures, and promotional materials, to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
