Job Description

• A Sales Executive in a Real Estate company is responsible for marketing the company’s real estate portfolio as well as the services offered by the company to clients and negotiating contracts on behalf of the company with the aim of maximizing profits. This role involves winning new mandates and sourcing new clientele for the company as well as promoting the services offered by the company and establishing new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Execute sales strategies of the company with a view to achieving company sales targets.
• Achieving set targets or sales of the company.
• Accumulate market and customer information, acting as a bridge between the company and potential clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Pay Range

• N200,000.00 (Monthly / Guaranteed)
• N300,000.00 (Quarterly / Variable Pay)
• 20% Commission on Sales Generated
