Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in Lagos. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and lead generation strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to track performance metrics and evaluate sales effectiveness.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure the success and development of the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and drive customer loyalty.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications
B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with real estate databases and sales automation tools is a plus.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices in Nigeria.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
