Job Summary

• We are looking for experienced Agro-Produce Quality Officers for our client an Agro-Commodities Company. The ideal candidate will be charged with the responsibility of:

Job Description

• Daily testing of the quality of Agro-Produce from Farm gates
• Check quality standard on arrival for processing and shipments
• Visual inspection and ability to detect alterations such as; clusters, foreign odor, color etc.
• Conduct conclusive analysis on the quality of production
• Ensure timely, consistent and informative reporting
• Develop effective methods to monitor and control wastages
• Ensure the agro-products are in quality conditions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Crop Production or in related field
• Entry level 0-2 years proven working experience in Agro-Produce Quality
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results
• Analytical, problem solving and decision-making and multi-tasking skills
• Good written and communication skills
• Flexible attitude to working hours
• Ability to work with all levels of team
• Willingness to travel domestically (up to 60%)
• Suitable candidates must be based within Ogbomosho/surrounding environment or be willing to relocate immediately.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
