We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager - Engine Oil & Tyre (3-Wheeler / Keke)

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the National Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue and profitability targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution:

• Assist in implementing sales strategies outlined by the National Sales Manager.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in designated territories.
• Coordinate with the National Sales Manager to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue potential.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the National Sales Manager to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Reporting Relationship:

• The Sales Manager will report directly to the National Sales Manager and collaborate closely with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
