Shema Holdings Limited is a retail chain business whose scope of operations cover Real estate, textile business, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker, Loader and Mixer

Location: Mpape, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items using proper bakery equipment and measurements.
• Bake a variety of bread and pastries daily.
• Mix various ingredients to create filing cakes and pies.
• Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers.
• Operate equipment such as knives, box cutter etc according to company guidelines.
• Ensure all price changes and in-store transfers is done within the stipulated time frame in the absence of the department manager.
• Ensure all merchandizing guidelines is adhered to including display models, signage, and product packaging.
• Effectively communicate with customers and respond to questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all bakery equipment are cleaned before and after use.

Requirements

• Candidate must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of the job requirement with proven experience in similar roles.

Salary
N55,000 - N70,000 / month.
