4P's Solutions Limited is registered and approved by the Cleaning Practitioners Association of Nigeria(CPAN) and Lagos State Environment Protection Agency (LASEPA) to carry out Cleaning, Fumigation and Disinfection of both residential and commercial properties.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Projects and Operations Officer (Environmental Care Company)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This role reports directly to the Business Manager/Lead Partner.
• Preferred candidates will be saddled with the responsibilities of carrying out; field operations, managing client’s expectation, meeting up to turn around time on clients’ projects, client’s management and growing the company’s financial bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and maintaining vendor contacts.
• Janitors Management and Deployment
• Clients Management
• Invoicing and Payroll
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing of cleaning and pest control consumables
• Locations Inspections and Reporting
• Contingency Cleaning Management
• Fumigation /Pest Control Management
• Field inspection

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in cleaning, Fumigation or Housekeeping
• OND/HND in Estate Management/Chemistry/Engineering and other relevant discipline.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies/Hospitality.
• Experienced in handling cleaning and Fumigation machines would be added advantage
• Intermediate MS Excel user and PPT
• HSE knowledge
• Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
• Driving with valid license will be added advantage
• Presentation Skills
• Project Management
• Planning and Coordination
• Candidate should be residing in close to Ikeja, Lagos.
• Good customers Service and Work planning skills
• Good reporting and Presentation
• Should be willing to handle Contingency project during weekends and public holidays
• Driving skill with valid driver’s license would be added advantage.
