Job Description

• Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their team and play a key role in exceeding sales targets for their wide range of building materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry (contractors, builders, architects, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending the most suitable building materials
• Deliver informative product presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and process orders
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new building materials
• Track sales activity, analyze customer data, and prepare sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the building materials industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals
• Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
